A new branch for “Rise Up and Walk” Centre in Moatamedia district in the Giza governorate

In October 2025, the project manager organized a seminar for Moatamedia residents to introduce the center’s services, attended by 20 parents. A follow-up meeting with 60 children identified 35 who needed interventions, and parents began preparing accommodations for their children. Of the 35 children, 25 will attend full-day care, which includes meals, skill development, communication, and educational sessions. Achievements so far include accessibility modifications, room reconfigurations for specialized sessions, installation of air conditioning and security systems, furnishing of skill development, speech therapy, and psychological assessment units, establishment of a vocational rehabilitation workshop and administrative office, setup of a fully equipped kitchen, provision of computers and educational tools, and preparation of diagnostic tests for the Psychological Assessment Unit.
